Delivery & Returns

  • The delivery options and areas of delivery
    • Deliver to areas in South Africa only.
    • Delivery options available:
      • a door-to-door delivery
  • Delivery time
    • 5 day delivery guarantee, excludes weekends and public holidays.
    • Deliveries are only done between 09h00 and 17h00 from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
    • Express delivery option at a higher delivery cost:
      • Delivery will take place within 2 to 3 working days. If select Express delivery on a weekend the order will only be delivered by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
    • If we are unable to deliver the goods after two attempts; or should we deem it appropriate under the circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order, deduct charges incurred in respect of the failed deliveries and/or any storage fees and refund the balance to the customer.
  • Delivery cost
    • The Delivery Cost is calculated based on postal code or town name of the delivery address and the volumetric data or dead weight, whichever is the greater, of the product included in the order.
    • The product instalment includes and estimated delivery cost based on a delivery to Cape Town or Johannesburg.
    • The final instalment will include the actual delivery cost.
  • Tracking of order
    • Customer will receive an e-mail and or SMS.
    • The various stages for when a customer receives communication are:
      • Confirmation of successful order placed
      • Goods ready for despatch with estimated delivery date
      • Reminder of delivery on the day of the delivery
      • Confirmation of delivery
    • The customer can access tracking status any time:
      • “My Account” on website
      • Call customer support
  • Customer verification at delivery
    • ID to be presented
    • If customer not at the address:
      • The delivery agent will leave the parcel with a different person after the person presents a photo ID, sign and print his/her name on a proof of delivery (POD).
      • If no one is at the address the delivery agent will leave a notification for the customer to contact the call centre and arrange an alternative delivery date.
  • Documents at delivery
    • Invoice; and
    • Return documentation for future use.
    • Please keep the documents in a safe place for future reference.
  • Return policy
    • 15 calendar days from date of delivery to return a purchase with customer having the option to:
      • Exchange; or
      • Refund.
    • The free exchange or refund will be processed if:
      • Merchandise is unused and in the original packaging.
      • The items will be inspected. If a product has been misused or abused by the customer in any manner we will not refund or exchange. The customer has the option that we will repair at their cost.
      • Free gifts returned.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned products.
  • Request a return
    • A customer can request a return via the website or the call centre
    • The customer must complete the form that comes with the delivery, fill in a reason, and pack the goods plus the returns form into the original packaging.
    • Logistics service provider will collect the authorised returns within 3 to 10 workings days.
