  • How do I register an INspire account?
    1. Step 1. Click on the registration page.
    2. Step 2. Complete the registration form by filling in your name, surname, email address and contact number.
    3. Step 3. Supply a unique password and verify your password.
    4. Step 4. We will send you a verification link via email and SMS.
    5. Step 5. Once you verify your details, your account is registered.
    6. Step 6. Login here with your new details to start shopping!
  • How do I log into my INspire account?
    1. Step 1. Click on the login page.
    2. Step 2. Complete the login form by entering either your registered email address or mobile number.
    3. Step 3. Enter you password in the required field and login
  • How do I reset my password?
    1. Step 1. Click on the login page.
    2. Step 2. Click on Forgot your password?
    3. Step 3. Enter your email address or mobile number to receive a reset link.
    4. Step 4. Reset your password.
    5. Step 5. Log in with your new email address or mobile number and password.
  • What are my payment options?

    INspire offers two checkout options:

    • CASH: A once-off cash sale where you pay using your credit card or instant EFT
    • CREDIT: An INspire credit facility with monthly payments (0%* interest over 6 months)

  • How do I place an order paying with my credit card or via instant EFT?
    1. Step 1. Click here.
    2. Step 2. Register or login to your account
    3. Step 3. Add items to your cart by selecting the CASH option.
    4. Step 4. If you already have items in your cart you can change your purchase terms in your cart or alternatively use the dropdown at the top of each page to choose your purchase terms.
    5. Step 5. After adding all your items to your cart, proceed to checkout
  • How do I place an order using my credit facility?
    1. Step 1. Click here.
    2. Step 2. Register or login to your account
    3. Step 3. Add items to your cart by selecting the BUY ON CREDIT option and add items to your cart by either choosing the 6-month or 12-month purchase option.
    4. Step 4. If you already have items in your cart you can change your purchase terms in your cart or alternatively use the dropdown at the top of each page to choose your purchase terms (6-month or 12-month).
    5. Step 5. After adding all your items to your cart, proceed to checkout and choose to check out with you INspire credit facility.
  • Adding items to your cart
    1. Step 1. Add items to your cart by either selecting cash or a 6-month or 12-month payment term.
    2. Step 2. If you already have items in your cart you can change your purchase terms in your cart or alternatively use the dropdown at the top of each page to choose your purchase terms. See below:
    3. Step 3. When you are done adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout
    4. Step 4. If you are unable to proceed to checkout it might be that you need to increase your available credit to pay for your purchase. Do that by applying for more. Alternatively, change you purchase terms to match affordability.
  • How to check out
    1. Step 1. Log into your account: You will be prompted to log into your account, if you are not already logged in
    2. Step 2. TV license: If you are purchasing a TV, we will prompt you for your TV license number to verify that you have a valid TV license.
    3. Step 3. Recipient details: Edit the recipient details if someone else will receive your parcel on your behalf so that the courier company can contact them.
    4. Step 4. Gifting: ​If your parcel is a gift for someone else be sure to tick the box indicating that your parcel is a gift. (We won’t include the invoice.)
    5. Step 5. Delivery Address: Select one of your available addresses or add a new one by using our easy-to-use address validator.
    6. Step 6. Delivery Method:​ Choose Express or Economy delivery method options.
    7. Step 7. Payment:​​ You can use your INspire credit facility to pay.
    8. Step 8. Terms & Conditions:​​ Accept the T&Cs before completing your purchase.
    9. Step 9. Successful purchase:​​ You will be redirected to a success page and we will send you an email.
    10. Step 10. Track your order:​​ You can track your order in the My Account section of the website.
    11. Step 11. Unsuccessful purchase:​​ This may be due to credit card issues, bank systems being down, timed-out OTP codes or insufficient funds. Please contact our Customer Support Team toll-free for help.
